Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the OurSociete platform. All users, including creators and subscribers, must comply with this policy.

1. Age Requirements

All users must be at least 18 years of age. All individuals depicted in any content on the Platform must be at least 18 years of age. We enforce strict age verification for all creators before they may upload any content.

2. Permitted Content

OurSociete allows creators to share a wide range of content including:

  • Photography and visual art
  • Fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content
  • Fashion and style content
  • Educational and tutorial content
  • Adult content between consenting adults (18+)
  • Behind-the-scenes and personal content

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on OurSociete:

  • Any content involving minors (under 18)
  • Non-consensual content of any kind
  • Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or exploitation
  • Revenge pornography or content shared without consent
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content depicting illegal activities
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, malware, or deceptive content
  • Deepfakes or AI-generated content depicting real individuals without consent
  • Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257
  • Verifying the age and consent of all individuals depicted in their content
  • Accurately describing their content and subscription offerings
  • Responding to subscriber inquiries in a timely manner

5. Subscriber Conduct

Subscribers must:

  • Not download, copy, screenshot, or redistribute creator content
  • Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward creators
  • Not share account access with others
  • Respect creator boundaries and communication preferences
  • Report any content that appears to violate this policy

6. Privacy and Anonymity

OurSociete supports creators who wish to remain anonymous. Attempting to identify, dox, stalk, or reveal the real identity of any anonymous creator is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity)

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our sole discretion.
